Support from a real desktop Linux expert
Standard Groovix Support included with every Groovix machine provides up to 1 hour of e-mail or live phone help with any problems you encounter while using hardware purchased from Open Sense Solutions.
Support for other software and hardware problems and questions is available with a GroovixCare support contract for $100/year. This provides help for up to 10 incidents, with a maximum of 100 minutes total support. The GroovixCare Support option covers questions on how to accomplish certain tasks and can help install third-party hardware or software. GroovixCare also covers hardware failure beyond the first year and provides mail-in coverage excluding return shipping costs. GroovixCare Express adds two business day hardware replacement to your coverage with all shipping costs included.
Extensive customization and coding for anything related to desktop Linux is available through Open Sense Solutions LLC Consulting.
When you send an e-mail or call us for technical support, please give us a brief description of the problem, a phone number, and a convenient time when we can reach you.
